We do this by

  • Undertaking a full business health check, reviewing key metrics such as revenue, direct costs, gross margin contribution, pricing, direct labour structure, cost and efficiency, indirect costs, cash-flow, inventory management, and operating profit.
  • We review process and structure of your business and we look at procedures and policies that help you run your business.
  • Reviewing your competitive market space and any other factors impacting your business. 
  • Ultimately, we determine how healthy your business is, where changes can be made and suggest improvements or new thinking for your business.  We'll provide you some recommendations, and if required we will also help you implement any changes needed.
  • If required we can develop a practical business plan for 1 - 5 years and we'll tailor it to your needs of time, involvement, capability and cost to implement.
  • We'll effectively review, refine and help you develop your business to the next level.  This might include developing an exit strategy to allow you to sell your business and maximise your investment and return.
  • If you are buying a business we will assist you find a business suitable to your needs, experience, personal and financial objectives.  
  • We help you navigate the market and search and identify a suitable business for purchase.
  • We help you review the business identified, undertake due diligence and assist you negotiate with the seller or the appointed representative. We will assist you value the business and if required develop a business plan for the business post acquisition.
  • If you are selling your business, we will review your business and develop a detailed Information Pack (IM) which will present your business in the best possible way to potential buyers.  Many business brokers will not help sellers with this important process.
  • We will suggest to you ways to improve, enhance and better ready your business for sale.
  • We will help you select the right broker to sell your business and where required, assist you in any sale negotiation.
